Julius Cox was named Chief Transformation Officer in September 2017 and is responsible for leading the Company’s earnings and cost improvement efforts focusing on Generation, Supply Chain, Capital Expenditure and Working Capital.
He has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer with overall responsibility for corporate functions including Communications, Investor Relations, Regulatory & Government Affairs, Human Resources, Information Technology and Business Services.
Prior to joining Dynegy in 2001, he was a consultant at Arthur Andersen LLP and has also held various roles in human resources at Shell Oil and Neiman Marcus. Mr. Cox earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in HR Management degrees from Texas A&M University. Mr. Cox serves on the Human Resources Committee of the Collaborative for Children, an organization dedicated to increasing the quality of early education in Greater Houston.
