Dynegy pays for performance. Salary growth and advancement are based on individual performance and contributions to Dynegy’s success. We maintain market and internal data sources to ensure our compensation package remains current and competitive in an ever-changing employment market. It also includes a performance-based incentive bonus program for eligible employees.

The Dynegy 401(k) Plan allows pre-tax and/or ROTH contributions, up to the annual before-tax contribution limit set by the IRS.
