These Terms of Service (TOS) apply to your use of any Dynegy website that provides a link to these TOS, including dynegy.com, dynegyenergyservices.com, dynegyohio.com, and homefieldenergy.com (the Sites).
We may modify or update the TOS from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access and use of the Sites thereafter.
