John R. Sult |
John R. Sult was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of El Paso Corporation from March 2010 until May 2012. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from November 2009 until March 2010, and as Senior Vice President and Controller from November 2005 until November 2009. Mr. Sult served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and director of El Paso Pipeline GP Company, L.L.C. from July 2010 until May 2012, as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from November 2009 until July 2010, and as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Controller from August 2007 until November 2009. Mr. Sult also served as Chief Accounting Officer of El Paso Corporation and as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Controller of El Paso's Pipeline Group from November 2005 to November 2009. Prior to joining El Paso, Mr. Sult served as Vice President and Controller of Halliburton Energy Services from August 2004 until October 2005, where he was responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for the energy services business unit. Prior to joining Halliburton, Mr. Sult managed an independent consulting practice that provided a broad range of finance and accounting advisory services and assistance to public companies in the energy industry. Prior to private practice, Mr. Sult was an audit partner with Arthur Andersen LLP where he gained over 20 years of experience working with public and private companies in the energy industry.
