Online Bill Pay FAQ

Online Bill Pay is available for non-residential customers who are directly billed by Homefield Energy. Homefield Energy customers billed by their host utility should contact the host utility to explore payment options available.

You will be able to view and pay your invoices online 24 hours a day/7 days a week. You will receive an email notification when your invoice is ready for viewing. Online access to your invoices allows you to better manage your payments and avoid late fees. You may make single payments or schedule recurring payments -- whatever works best for your company’s needs. Please note credit card payments are not accepted.

Once enrolled in Online Bill Pay, you can make one-time single payments or schedule recurring payments for the total current charges of your invoice using direct debit from your bank account. Credit card payments are not eligible for Online Bill Pay.

Yes. However, if you prefer to discontinue the mailed copy of your invoices, you may contact Business Care at 888.451.3911 Option 3. You may view and print invoices from the Online Bill Pay system.

Payments may take 2-3 days to be reflected on your account.

Once enrolled, customers will have access to their invoices and payment history for invoices paid through our Online Bill Pay program and will be able to manage their account information and profile.

Customers will be able to register by completing our online enrollment request form. You will receive an enrollment confirmation email within two business days of your request.  Note: Please check your spam folder if email does not appear in your inbox.

You will need to have your email address, account number and zip code. To complete the enrollment process, you will need to fill out the registration form. You will receive an email confirming your enrollment within two business days. This email will include a temporary password that will allow you to login to the system.

If your accounts are billed under a single “Master” invoice, you will only need one password to log in and pay all accounts in a single payment. If the accounts are billed individually, you will need to secure a password for each individual account to pay them online. Once you have accessed the account via the online system, you can set up each account to be paid through automatic recurring payments. The total current charges of the invoice will be automatically deducted from your bank account each month on the payment due date.

Payments received before 8:00 p.m. (CST) will be posted to your account on that day. Payments received after 8:00 p.m. (CST) will be credited to your account the next business day.
