William L. Trubeck Former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, H&R Block, Inc.

Mr. Trubeck is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of H&R Block, Inc. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Waste Management, Inc. Prior to these positions, Mr. Trubeck was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of International Multifoods, Inc., as well as President of its Latin American operations.

Mr. Trubeck serves on the Board of Yellow Roadway Corp. and the Board of Trustees of Monmouth College in Illinois. In addition, he is a former Director of Ceridian Corporation.

Mr. Trubeck has served as a Dynegy Director since 2003.
