Victor E. Grijalva Former Vice Chairman Schlumberger

Mr. Grijalva is the former Vice Chairman of Schlumberger Limited.

Prior to serving in this role, he was Executive Vice President of Schlumberger's Oilfield Services division from 1994 to 1999 and Executive Vice President of the company's Wireline, Testing and Anadrill division from 1992 to 1994.

Mr. Grijalva currently serves as a director of Hanover Compressor and Transocean, Inc., and formerly acted as Chairman of the Board for both companies.
