George L. Mazanec Former Vice Chairman of PanEnergy Corporation

Mr. Mazanec is the former Vice Chairman of PanEnergy Corp.

He previously served as Advisor to the Chief Operating Officer of Duke Energy Corp. Mr. Mazanec currently serves as a Director of the National Fuel Gas Company, Northern Trust Bank of Texas, NA and AEGIS Insurance Services, Inc. In addition, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of DePauw University in Indiana.

Mr. Mazanec has served as a Dynegy Director since 2004.
