Bruce A. Williamson Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Dynegy Inc.

Mr. Williamson is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dynegy Inc.

Prior to joining Dynegy, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Duke Energy Global Markets. He also served as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Risk Management and President and Chief Executive Officer of Duke Energy International. Mr. Williamson was with PanEnergy Corp. in financial and business development leadership roles before its merger with Duke Power. He was also with Shell Oil Company for 14 years in exploration and production and finance roles.

Mr. Williamson serves as a Director of Questar Corporation.

He has served as a Dynegy Director since 2002. He was named Chairman of the Board in 2004.
