Lynn A. Lednicky Executive Vice President, Operations

Lynn A. Lednicky serves as Executive Vice President , Operations with overall responsibility for the operational management of Dynegy's fleet of power generation assets.

Lednicky joined Dynegy predecessor Destec Energy, Inc. in 1991. He has held positions of increasing responsibility at Dynegy, including Executive Vice President, Asset Management, Government and Regulatory Affairs, Executive Vice President, Commercial and Development and, prior to that, Executive Vice President, Strategic Planning and Corporate Business Development.

Lednicky earned both a bachelor's of arts degree and master's of business administration degree from Rice University.  He is a member of the Department of Energy’s National Coal Council and the Electric Power Research Institute’s Research Advisory Committee.
